Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm the order or ship it. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you order, we will tell you and refund that line in full.
Pricing and errors
Prices are shown in the currency selected on the page and are subject to change. If an item is listed at a clearly incorrect price, we may cancel that order and refund it rather than fulfil it at the error price — we will contact you before doing so.
Product descriptions and colour
We describe fabric, weight and measurements as accurately as we can. Screens render colour differently, so the shade you see may vary slightly from the garment. Measurements may vary within normal manufacturing tolerance.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout, or through the secure link we send if you order over chat. We do not store card details.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.
Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at a rate that degrades service for others, or resell our product photography and descriptions as your own.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
