Processing time

Shipping costs

Tracking
Once your parcel leaves our warehouse you will receive a tracking number by email. If you ordered over chat, we will send it in the same thread.
Address accuracy
We ship to the address as entered. Please check it before confirming — once a parcel is handed to the carrier we cannot reroute it, and a parcel returned as undeliverable is refunded less the outbound shipping cost.
International orders, duties and taxes
