What we collect
To fulfil an order we need your name, shipping address, email and — where applicable — phone number. If you create an account we store your email and a hashed password. We never see or store your full card number.
Payment data
Card details are handled by our payment processor, not by this site. When we send a payment link over chat, that link goes to the processor as well — your card data does not pass through our servers.
Site analytics
We count page views to understand which products get attention. The counting is anonymous: it does not record personal identity and does not use tracking cookies. We do not build advertising profiles.
Cookies we do use
A language cookie remembers whether you chose English or 中文. A session cookie keeps you signed in if you have an account. A cart cookie remembers what you put in your basket. None of these are used for advertising.
Chat channels
If you message us on WhatsApp or Telegram, that conversation is subject to the respective platform's own privacy policy in addition to this one. Please do not send card numbers over chat — we will never ask for them there.
Who we share data with
Only the parties needed to complete your order: the payment processor, the carrier, and our email provider. We do not sell personal data.
Your choices

Data retention
