Woven on shuttle looms at 13.5oz and finished with a red selvedge ID. Sanforised, so it is pre-shrunk — the size you buy is the size it stays.

Cut straight through the thigh with a regular rise and a 16in leg opening. It breaks over a boot without stacking.

Raw denim takes its character from you: the creases behind your knees, the outline of your wallet, the wear at the hems. Hold off washing it for the first month or two and those marks set with more contrast.

How do I care for Selvedge Jean?
Wash cold, inside out, as little as you can. Raw and selvedge denim fades along the creases you put in it, so the first wash is worth delaying. Hang to dry — a hot dryer is what shrinks denim.
How does the fit run?
We cut to a relaxed American fit: room through the chest and waist without being oversized, and a regular rise on bottoms. If you are between sizes, the smaller one gives a trimmer line and the larger one sits closer to how it looks on the model. Every product page lists the measured chest, length and sleeve for each size — those numbers are taken from the garment itself, not converted from a size chart.
