Cut from 18oz cotton canvas — stiff enough that the bag holds its shape when you set it down empty. Vegetable-tanned leather base and handle tabs.
22 litres, which takes a 16in laptop flat plus a change of clothes. Interior slip pocket, and the seams at the handles are bar-tacked because that is where a tote fails.
The canvas softens and the leather darkens. Both look better in a year.
